Led by Senior Executive Director, Dr. Tammy Pate, the Office of Business Development (OBD) at New York City Public Schools is committed to identifying, engaging, strengthening, and increasing the utilization of community based small businesses across NYCPS and Central Offices, New York City Agencies and the private sector. We are working in support of the Mayor's citywide goals of $25B in M/WBE contract spend by 2026 and $60B by 2030.
